Wills and Estates

  1. Preparation of wills, Georgia Advanced Directive, Power of Attorney
  2. Will contest – a formal objection raised against the validity of a will, based on the contention that the will does not reflect the actual intent of the testator, the party who made the will, or that the will is otherwise invalid.
  3. Probate – establishing the legal validity of a will.
  4. Administration of Estates – administration of an estate if the deceased did not leave a will, or if some assets are not mentioned in their will.
  5. Guardianship of adults and minors – a person who has the legal authority to care for the personal and property interests of another person, who is called a ward.
